Return or Exchange

You may return any online purchase unless it's custom made order.

To return or exchange online purchases, please take the packing slip included with your order and the credit card used for the original purchase. The packing slip will serve as your receipt.
For merchandise returned without the packing slip, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current retail-selling price of the item(s).

You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded.

For returns, Item(s) must return within 14 days.

Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable. We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Exist Inc is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
